Hi All, Happy New Year and I hope you all had a great Christmas. Well it’s a new year and that means new things for the bar. Starting with our monthly Beer special, this will now be expanded to a Beer and Cider Special. This is in the wave of popularity for cider. In February we will also be introducing Bulmer’s Cider on Tap. This will replace Stella. Also we will be switching VB Gold on tap for Carlton Mid. Jazz is back on a fortnightly rotations with bands playing 22nd, 29th January and then into the 2 week rotation. For full list please see just above. February’s Wine region Special will be the Hunter Valley. We will be showcasing wines from Tyrrell’s Estate and David Hook wines. One particular variety which is my favourite will be the Semillon which the Hunter does so well. We will also show a Hunter Merlot and a Shiraz and David Hooks De Nova Bianca a complex but well balanced blend of Pinot Grigio/ Viognier/ Riesling/ Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
