Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of Wollongong Golf Club Limited (CAN 000 740 983) will be held at Wollongong Golf Club, 151 – 161 Corrimal Street, Wollongong NSW at 6:00pm on Thursday 26th October 2023.

Tuesday 26 September: Board nominations open
Thursday 5 October: Board nominations close
Thursday 12 October: Board candidates name on notice board
Friday 13th October: Voting opens (if required)
Wednesday 25th October: Voting closes, voting period 10 days
Tuesday 22nd November: AGM at 6.00pm
Nomination – Life Membership
Dear members,
I have received the enclosed nomination for Adam Giddings to be recognised as a Golfing Life Member. A copy of the nomination is included in the attached.
In accordance with Wollongong Golf Club’s Constitution, a nomination for a Golfing Life Member must be made in writing by not less than 2 full playing members or life members and submitted to the Secretary at least 28 days before the general meeting at which it is to be considered.
This business is to be conducted at the Annual General Meeting on Thursday 26th October 2023, by way of a vote by the life members and full playing members, who are eligible to vote on the election by secret ballot.
The Life Membership will be approved if more than 75% of the life members and full playing members present at the meeting and eligible to vote, vote in favour of the election.
